Position: BARISTA

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

A demonstrated history of excellence and expertise in coffee world, barista, drive-thru and/or restaurant.
Outstanding service skills and a customer-centric mindset.
A genuine passion for making a difference and effecting positive change.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership and teamwork skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
Knowledge of espresso extraction techniques, including shot timing and milk steaming.
Adherence to strict cleanliness and hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean work area and equipment.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide a friendly, welcoming, and personalized experience to customers.
