Meet the Owners

After spending his early years in the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area and building a career, Elvis Harvey relocated to Memphis for work, then after a decade moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. After losing his wife, Sandra,  to cancer, he cherishes time with his daughter, Allee, who enjoys art and costume design. In addition, Elvis enjoys cooking, hiking, biking, and exploring restaurants. But it wasn’t long before his entrepreneurial spirit grew following a successful business development career specializing in hospitality. Seeking a family-friendly franchise that afforded him community involvement, he chose Just Love Coffee Cafe. Elvis intends to support cancer awareness, hunger prevention, and ending abuse through the cafe while providing a friendly, inviting experience for everyone of all ages.

Originally from a small village in India, Tina Patel dreamed of becoming a flight attendant to see and experience the world. As fate would have it, however, through various experiences, she found her passion for leadership and serving the community around her. As a result, she has enjoyed 20 years of leadership in diverse work experiences, such as managing a Subway franchise location, a bank, and a multi-unit coffee brand throughout the DFW Airport, to name a few. Drawing on this rich experience, Tina leads the Just Love Coffee Cafe in creating a welcoming environment for all people in the local community to enjoy and feel connected. Through this goal, Tina hopes to not only become a community destination but offer opportunities to raise awareness for causes such as breast cancer awareness. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her son Rishabh Patel, who enjoys football and band.
