Meet the Owner

Hello Tupelo! My name is Brent Jackson, and I’m excited to share Just Love with my hometown. Being a big fan of getting together with family and friends, I’m excited to offer the area a destination where everyone can come and enjoy connecting with each other.

Anyone who knows me knows my love for sporting events. Even at a young age, I traveled to major sporting events such as World Series games in college and professional baseball and playoff and regular season games in NFL and college football. Who are my teams? Of course, that would be the Atlanta Braves and Chicago Bears! I also can’t forget my alma maters, Tupelo High School (Class of 1996), and Mississippi State University, where I studied business. Hail State!

My 20-year career in the restaurant business started at Ruby Tuesday in 2001. Eventually, I worked in locations based in Starkville, MS, Miami, FL, and Memphis, TN. I also worked in the American Airlines Arena for the Miami Heat and Levy Restaurants in Miami, FL, for 2 years. The service industry has grown on me throughout the years; serving and keeping customers happy is what I love most.

Throughout the years, my late brother and I had dreamed of opening our own restaurant one day. What makes this location so special for me is that I’m living out that dream in his memory, serving our hometown community nothing but love—Just Love.
