Passion for Doing Things Right: We dig team members who bring a solid work ethic and a passion for delivering awesome service, especially those who’ve vibed in barista roles, cafes, restaurants, and/or prep kitchens.
Rolling with the Flow: Our ideal people can handle the fast-paced groove, juggle tasks like a pro, and keep their cool during the rush – skills often honed in the laid-back rhythm of cafes and restaurants.
Sharp Eye for the Little Things: Presentation is our jam, so having an eye for detail is clutch in all roles, especially for those who’ve kicked it in cafes and kitchens.
Down for Learning: While it’s cool if you’ve slayed it in restaurants or retail before, we’re down for individuals from all walks. If you’re new to the scene, no stress – we’re all about guiding and supporting our whole crew.
