Meet the Owners, Victoria and John Clemons

What are some fun facts about yourself and your family?
We love to play Pokémon Go as a family (at least once a month)

What do you and/or your family like to do for fun?
In addition to camping, we love to travel and have a big vacation every 2 years. In 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic, we traveled to Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). This year, we will be visiting Istanbul, Turkey.

What do you love the most about your town/city?
As a military family, we appreciate the uniqueness of every city we have had the opportunity to serve in but Fayetteville, NC is the closest to a hometown for us. We love the Veterans Park, the Airborne & Special Operations Museum, the Fayetteville Area Transportation Museum, Linear Park, and Festival Park.

What career path were you on before Just Love?
We are a military family and have served in the Army for over 47 years
(combined).

Why did you decide to open a Just Love Coffee Cafe?
We decided to open a Just Love Coffee Café because of its core values – Just Love Coffee Cafes serve a purpose beyond making money. Just Love Coffee Café serves as a social hub for friends, families, businesses, and strangers to meet and interact in a safe, friendly environment.

What are you most looking forward to in running your store?
We are looking forward to engaging with the community while serving great coffee & food!

What are some causes that are close to your heart and that you are interested in supporting when your store is open?
For years, we volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club as well as shelters in our communities. We look forward to doing more of that.

Really interesting take on breakfast with good coffee options. Good location central to shopping and parks in downtown... Huntsville. Waffle omelettes were very good with a wide selection. Healthy options available. Service was fast. It is worth a trip out just to experience something new. There is no out door seating, but the place was clean and felt sufficiently spaced out.read more

The staff is very friendly. The customer base was a bit eccentric, could see the restaurant frequented an older crowd... despite the young undertones within the building. The menu had a lot of really good items. My boyfriend and I chose the Bacon Tater waffle. I chose the Toffee Coffee frap and my bf chose the caramel frap. Both drinks were made perfect or as my bf would say “bussin”???? The food is soooo tasty and still hot after driving home 20 minutes. 10/5 stars in my books!read more

Ate here this weekend the food and service were wonderful! The restaurant was clean and smelled of fresh baked goodies... and warm coffee. The breakfast tacos were absolutely delicious...and the waffles are a must!read more

Very nice people working here. I'm picky about my Southern UNsweet tea, and I approve of theirs. 🙂 I also got The... Flyin' Pig Waffle; it is warm and soft and fluffy, and so so good. S lot of places will have tasty waffles, but they're too hard to cut through, but these are definitely not. Just what a waffle should be.I also got lunch here. The tomato bisque soup was good and so was the Caesar salad. They crisp the pita bread in the waffle iron and it had a nice softness and crunch to it. The chicken was also grilled nicely.COVID-19: They wipe down the tablet screen after each user.read more

Several people from my office ordered today after hearing about you all. I walked in to pick up the order and now I... can't wait to go sit inside because its such a cute and cozy place. But lets get to the important stuff....the food and the service. BOTH fantastic!! The young ladies were welcoming and super friendly. Everyone ordered something different and everyone loved it. It was fresh, delicious, nice size servings and packaged perfectly. This new addition to Huntsville, is perfect!read more

The atmosphere is awesome. Menu items look great and there was an amazing variety. My coffee however was a... disappointment. I was very sad because the menu description was wonderful! The staff did not have the coffee ready, I had to wait... I ordered online while in my car and waited 10 minutes before going inside.Staff was super friendly!! I am not writing them off.... Great coffee, food and staff! My husband had the calzone. It was the "local special" on the black board. It was really... good! I didn't realize you could make so many things in a waffle iron! The other items we've tried have been really good as well. If you try the cinnamon rolls, you will not be disappointed! Great atmosphere to just sit and chat with friends too. Will definitely be back!read more

I had already been buying coffee from just love, so am excited that their shop is now open in Huntsville! I have only... had the chance to try a coffee so far, but plan on returning for the food as the menu looks awesome! I will update the review once I have tried the food!read more
