Minej Patel is currently working as a Pharmacist and has been with Walmart since 2007. It was his dream to work as a Heathcare Professional since he was teenager. Mona Patel has restaurant experience from owning a Subway. Mona is a great cook and loves to learn and make new dishes. Minej can certainly say that she is an expert cook! Minej loves watching cricket and football. Minej and Mona have 2 kids- Maunik is 10 yrs old and Rishik is 7 yrs old. Maunik is a diehard fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons. Maunik and Rishik both love to decorate the house for the Holidays and put up the Christmas tree with the family. The whole family loves the fall and winter seasons of the year because of the time that they get to spend together. It was Mona’s idea to have a coffee shop. After searching, we decided to own a Just Love Coffee Cafe because JLC is impacting people’s lives in very positive ways. We love their fundraising affiliate program and the good that they do, and we decided to be part of it. The people at Just Love also helped solidify our decision to join the brand. We received a very professional and warm welcome from the founder, Rob Webb, and his team when we met with them.

Pooler is a beautiful city and we love calling it home. The environment is so comfortable and full of friendly people that we want to be a bigger part of the community by opening a coffee shop that will help us give back. Our family is thrilled to be building our store and are confident that Pooler will fall in love with JLC’s unique menu, vibrant interior, and positive atmosphere. We are most looking forward to making a positive impact on the Pooler community with our shop. We have already discussed different causes that we can support for people we know and can’t wait to see the impact when our store is open! We will be more than just a cozy environment to relax, work, or meet friends and colleagues. We will be a safe place where people are cared for with great coffee and extra Love.
